MILLS BURSTING CHERRY
circa 1937
A beautiful, ornate machine from the mid-thirties. Fairly common, was found in thousands of bars and clubs before the Johnson Act crushed interstate sales of gambling devices. The Cherry got its names from the extra payout of 10 instead of 5 when 2 cherries and a bell or lemon turned up. Produced in a variety of models including a mint vendor.
This machine has a jackpot window.
